I am still here, still in San Francisco. We had our appellate hearing back on May 21 before three judges. There is no set time in which they have to make a decision. They could give us a decision tomorrow or in a year and they don't tell us when it is coming. They can dismiss the charges, order a new trial, or uphold the conviction. There are 8 counts and some are different than others so they can do different things with each of them.
