OMNI and CRYPTOLOGIC don't pay!!!!

I have account with OMNI casino and sportsbook, on July 2 I requested check for $2000, today is July 17 , and I still don't have check, bouth places every day telling different story, I don't know who is telling truth. I don't know what to do, probably I will call them 2 times a day till I will get paid , why I didn't play with OLYMPIC. OMNI sportsbook casino is certificied by OSGA, I still have hope to get my money. :confused:
