Need a Horse Players Comment on this

Del Mar ( 20 July ) 6th race. There was a 1& 1A entry. I have an exacta ticket ( 1 - 3 ). The race finished 1A won and 3 placed and a $2 exacta paid $50. ( with Mega Sports ).

They graded this ticket as a loss !!!!

Now I'm not an experienced horse player but I think this is a winning ticket. Can someone knowlegable in Horse Racing tell me if I'm right ? Thanks

Thanks DTB - wouldn't it be "wrong" for a book to do that ?? That tot board at the track pools the money on the entry ( ie, they have the same odds and 1, 1A is an "or" bet ). Wouldn't the books that treat the entry different be taking advantage of the customer ??
