DBS2K - Is it safe to install?

Here's a question for those more informed computer geniuses out there: What (if any) are the computer security risks of installing DBS2K onto my machine? The browser has a warning of "high risk" before agreeing to install the program.

I have a lot of respect and trust for DonBest, but would such a thing allow a programmer there to tap into users' computers for info beyond the odds screen?

In this day and age I don't think it's wise to keep any important data on your pc. These hackers could get in and raid your machine and you'd never know about it!
