I will burst your bubble boots, you seem to think you know it all but it appears you don't. Just remember Fair-Deal has only been a fairly new 'Acquisition'to 5-Card Charlie and even though 5-Card charlie clearly states they don't accept wise guy action, previous to the change in ownership Fair-Deal didn't have that principle. In fact they welcomed any kind of such action. It happens in many cases, a book tries to beat a player and loses and one of the most important rules in gambling is 'DON'T BET WITH YOUR RENT MONET'
You can look at this way. you can honor the debt or you can be morally wrong, corrupt and unethical and void the debt with the belief that a totally new company has no responsibility to pay previous debt. You can't just pick and choose who you pay. The offshore industry is largely unregulated and you have to 'build' a large amount of trust to attract future bettors. Sooner or later, I believe it will become much more regulated and we all will be safe in knowing our cash is safe. It won't happen today but the gaming industry will one day be made simple, easy and fun and not dodgy, wondering when you win a few dimes are you going to get paid or get labelled a wiseguy.

Boot's question re: Millennium's Odds on the Net, and Betting on the net is valid, and should be addressed. They've been down for about a week due to "server problems", as far as I know, and they keep saying it'll be fixed "soon" As a returning Book to Bettorsworld, I would hope they will come up here and communicate better with their users, like some other BW Books such as Carib/WSEX do. Millennium is one of my favorite Books, but their communications in matters like this can stand improvement.
