Pinnacle 15 cent totals

I hadn't played at Pinnacle in a while, but was just looking through their updated website and saw 15-cent baseball totals. That's a pretty good bargain! Also, there is a web page that you can view their live lines without logging in (especially helpful if playing by phone).

Does anyone know if they also deal this 15-cent totals line for phone plays, and what are the limits (both online and by phone)?

Quite a few bargains there. I cashed out last month and I spent about 2 hours trying to make a deposit with 5 different credit cards without luck on Wednesday. Hope it gets better next time I try it.
