  • Las Palmas closed?

I just read elsewhere that Las Palmas closed. What a shame. Must have been those big bonuses.

That was an old thread. They are open and owned by WIT.

they may as well close. another example of a book trying to dupe it's customers. they are "two" books when it suits them, and they are "backed by wit" when it suits them. why all the goddamn bullshit? if your a book, book! none of this amature crap separating your customers. that's minor league all the way. i wouldn't send them a dime.

What's the problem? Las Palmas caters to the smaller player and has the best Bonus structure around for the smaller player. Wit is for the higher Roller. They are both rock solid with great reputations around the Forums. They make no secret of their affiliation, like many other Books do.

You're right. My goof. I read it at the rx. Just the headline. Didn't read the whole thread.

Las Palmas is a great book. If anyone can top their 30% cash initial deposit and 20% cash reload along with great customer service, I want to hear it. They are owned by Wit and rock solid financially.

                      30% !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                      hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha hahahahah

you people are 12 short of a dozen. if another book offers 40% next week, will they become the new king? does anyone out there have even a remote clue? you can't operate on a 30% bonus! that is obsurd. i don't care how much money they say they have. again, how much money THEY say they have, because that's what it comes down to. they are telling you they are solid. what a concept. they are gambling on their future as well as yours. there is no hope for some people.

Well Egg Nog, I can name you 20 books with no bonuses that are really a bad risk to play in. You play in your shops with no bonuses and I'll play in mine. Las Palmas is for the small player and they certainly won't go broke with the cap they have on their bonuses. You are a really naive guy. But I won't laugh, just smile at you.

Have to agree with "the Guesser" here. Las Palmas and WIT were on the Don Best premium service simultaneously and I had accounts with both. Management decided to make WIT the larger limit house and took Palmas off the DB feed. They closed my account there but I continue to play at WIT. These are two professionally run books with good numbers, educated clerks, and excellent customer service.
