  • Alladins Gold

There is good news for those of you who liked playing with the original Premiere League: The popular and respected Eddie Hadeed--who owned and managed Premiere League, which was sold to Victor Chandler--is back running another sportsbook--Alladins Gold.

I just started playing with Alladins Gold, and I already love the book. Eddie is one of the few BMs around who opinionates his openers and doesn't move his lines on air. If you're sick of clone joints, the mindless copycat books that never have a number different from those on the Don Best Screen, then you'll love playing into Alladins Gold.

I've met Eddie and talked to him quite a bit. I like him, respect him, and trust him. But if he ran a clone joint, I wouldn't put in a plug for his joint. I neither asked for nor received anything from Eddie for making
this post. I play into the posted numbers, just like everyone else.

Eddie is such a refreshing presence in an industry polluted with books that offer nothing beyond bonuses. It is rare nowadays to find a real BM like Eddie. Consequently,
I felt moved to let everyone know that Eddie is back with another great Antigua sportsbook.

If you're interested in Alladins Gold, you can call them at 866-885-2735 or visit them on the Web at www.alladinsgold.com.

Egg Nog, I haven't been stiffed in 3 years.
I play at over 30 books. You won't find me saying anything good about clone joints. I push solid joints that offer different numbers.

And when I'm a friend of the guy running a book I like, I'm naturally going to say favorable things, all of which are true.

You're one of those guys who always sees the glass as half-empty instead of half-full. I doubt if anyone in the forums respects your opinion; you're just a nattering negativist.

Do you have any pertinent info regarding sportsbooks? I can't recall ever learning anything from you. Your sole proccupation, seemingly, is to be a fly in the ointment.

Reno, you're right on the money about
A(l)lad(d)in's. Eddie called me when he first opened and I started playing with him the very same day. It's a pleasure to have a real bookmaker back on the scene. Even brought some of the old Premier(e) crew with him. My only complaint: he's not the world's greatest speller!! :D

It's a pleasure to have Eddie back in the game. Eddie's a 1st class guy all the way.

Got to sit down with him this past spring while visiting Antigua and could tell he was itching to get back.

Good Luck to Alldins Gold and Eddie!

Egg Nog, as you can see, I'm not the only who thinks highly of Eddie. The odds of anyone getting stiffed from Eddie are about zero. And the reasons are: 1) Aladdins Gold is licensed in Antigua. 2) Eddie is an Antiguan and his family is very, very prominent on the island. They run a number of businesses and employ hundreds of people.
I believe that Eddie's cousin is the Prime Minister. If Eddie ever stiffed anyone--which, of course, he would never do--you'd see a stink in the offshore sportsbetting biz like never before. 3) Aladdins Gold is backed by a German guy worth 100 million dollars. 4) If Eddie was into stiffing anyone, he would have done it when he ran Premiere League. Eddie got ripped-off for a huge amount of money from E-Payment and could have used that as an excuse not to pay. But the last thing Eddie would ever do is to not pay people.

You're right, there is no such word as proccupation. It was a typing error and was supposed to be preoccupation.

Reno, I'm a bit disappointed. I was hoping that you'd say that he had more money than God.......you know, like you have in the past, about other people. Much more colorful! Now, I'm hoping that someone will back all this up with the "it's run like a Fortune 500 company" or my personal favorite, "safer than Bank of America" (which has officially been adopted by a well respected book). What has always been amusing to me about that particular comment is that without the FDIC, I'd be impressed if anyone would suggest that Bank of America was necessarily that safe. And finally, I'd like to just throw this out. My uncle, who is now retired, used to be a governor. And I do run my own business. I'm not sure though how that necessarily reflects on how I would or would not stiff someone. Maybe you can explain that to me.

Can someone from Alladin's Gold tell me if they plan to have NETeller as a deposit/withdrawal option, and when it is likely to be in place?

                      Reno: Don't let anything EggNog/Max1234
say bother you. I gotta believe this guy is a paid shill and he will trash any book not paying him. Look at the ridiculous post he made about Las Palmas earlier and you'll see what I mean. Eddie is highly respected and I think Aladdin's Gold will be a winner.

bruce. show me where i said anything negative about aladdins gold. i simply pointed out renos insurance post. that's all. pay attention moron. and as far as my las palmas post, if you think pointing out to the less informed that 30% isn't plain stupid, well, forgive me. paid shill? nope. but i'd be glad to list books worth playing with upon request. lots of magic shows going on out there. just trying to alert people. if i put up my solid list, and you put up your list, i'll bet i can poke holes in more than one book on your list.

chuckz, or moron number 2. ever use a tout?

I spoke with Eddie this morning, and he seems his same jolly self - loving the business and the people. I posted up with Alladin's Gold, and will follow up later with feedback.

Best of luck to Eddie and his new venture!
