Neteller rep.- please respond

Hey all,
Been away awhile, glad to be back. I use Neteller a lot and don't have any complaints. However, I have just recently read on another forum that neteller provides its merchants with our personal information, i.e. address, phone number. I surely don't want any of my information passed on to anyone without my specific consent. just tell them yes he is certifed. Is that not enough? Please let us know exactly what information you provide your merchants about us! I really want to know. After all if you are giving my information to merchants without my consent then who else will you give this too? I am eagerly awaiting your detailed response.

In order for merchants to match accounts and make deposits accurately we make available information such as phone numbers and email addresses. This policy is solely to prevent confusion in the merchants' accounts between NETeller members with similar or identical names. All account information or credit card information etc is kept 100% confidential and private at all times. No information is released to any third parties at any time

If you do not wish to have the above information available, please email support@neteller.com and we will block access to it.
