  • The fight business must be bad...

In one of the most creative and hysterically funny advertising campaigns ever, Professional Prizefighter Bernard Hopkins sold advertising space on his back.

The words goldenpalace.com were tattooed on his back. I AM NOT, REPEAT AM NOT making this up.

I checked it out and it's a sportsbook all right.

Larry Merchant and the other sportscasters were so much in shock from it they didn't even comment on it, even though it was COVERING HIS WHOLE BACK.

He sold advertising space on his back to an online sportsbook. You've got to see this in tomorrow newspapers.

What's he getting for this fight, 20 million. He must be the one who's in with Don King.

I saw press releases stating that golden palace was going to be a sponsor of the fight.

They are throwing some big bucks around. They're a regular advertiser on the Howard Stern show and I believe even gave away a million dollar prize.

The commentators did mention that Golden Palace had bought the space on Hopkins back for $100,000. They also said that he had taken the 100 grand and bet it on himself.
