Anyone else having problems with Alladins Gold?

I signed up yesterday from work, went to post up last night from home, I couldn't log in. Today at work I tried to log in, same thing, nothing but problems. I put my acct number in, then password, and each time it takes me back to the sign in screen.
I called them and they told me it was fine, I tried again, same thing. I tried from work today and now at home, and still can't get through........ Talk about aggravating

No problems here today - must be something wrong with your account setup.

They sent me a follow-up email today, wanting to know if I had the problem corrected. Well, it wasn't, it took 5 mins, and we figured out the problem.
