  • Why do you endorse Nasa umbrella books?

We all know that Millennium, Jaguar, and Gibraltar are all under the Nasa umbrella? How can you possibly justify having them up on the list after what Nasa has pulled in the past?

What is your definition of an Umbrella book?

This is a valid concern, and a really good question. IMHO, I don't necessarily think a sportsbook is bad if it rents space from the big NASA. My only real concern would be those that share (partial) ownership, and I think some do. But finding out the reall skinny on ownership is hard to do.

Finding out who owns a part of what down there is harder than telling your siblngs from your cousins at an Arkansas family reunion. If one gets in trouble they sell a piece off to raise some cash. Or they "take over" a book in trouble and the old owners keep a piece of it.

I also think Bman is asking a legit question. NASA and their umbrella can only harm the industry, just as Mark's antics.

btw SH, JMHO I think we would be on the naiive side to think that they weren't all under control of NASA. Just different names, different numbers but basically the same customer base. Their philosophy is, "why have them post somewhere else for a different number when they can post with us...again"

We're under the impression that NASA provides the infrastructure for some other books, in exchange for a piece, but not that they are fully owned by NASA.

I have been there, and have seen separate offices on separate floors, with different people running lines, etc.etc.

I have also spoken at length to individual owners and again, am under the impression NASA provides the equipment, bandwidth, office space, etc.etc.

We have a better chance of finding bin laden than knowing the full truth of what goes on EVERYWHERE.

Other books in the industry have also used software which has close ties to NASA.

Where do you draw the line?

Just got done looking at Insider's Football Weekly. I happen to turn to the middle where they list their top 10 offshore books in the world.

              1) Nasa
              2) Millenium
              3) WWTS
              4) Jaguar
              5) Badlands
              6) MVPBets
              7) Gibraltar
              8) Infinity
              9) RockIsland Sports
              10) Post Time

What a coincidence. All these books, with the exception of WWTS and Post Time--they threw those in there for token affect--on the top 10 list of all sportsbooks? It's obvious that this rag is put out by Nasa promoting their books. They are so transparent. And if I'm not mistaken, their list was almost exactly the same a year ago, with maybe the exception being RockIsland not being there.

JEFF: I WOULD LAY 3-1 THAT MILLENIUM IS WONED BY NASA. DOES THAT MEAN THEY CAN'T ADVERTISE ON BETTORS WOLD? I THINK NOT.

REASONS: I THINK THE MAIN PURPOSE OF BETTORS WORLS IS TO HELP SCREEN BOOKD THAT DON'T PAY.
AS LONG AS MILLENIUM SHOWS NO WEAKNESS IN PAYING CLIENTS IT WOULD BE HARD NOT TO ACCEPT ADVETISING.

MYSELF, I WOULD NEVER PLAY THERE. THEY OFFER TO MUCH BONUS WHICH CAN LEAD TO GOING BROKE.

LET ME REPEAT: AS LONG AS THEY ARE PAYING THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO ADVERTISE. THE ONLY REASON THESE BOARDS ARE ABLE TO RUN FREE IS BECAUSE BETTORS WORLD IS ABLE TO SELL ADVERTISING. THANKS, STEVE TURNER.
