  • "Average" Post-Up Account???

Among the many fine articles in Buzz Daly's Players Guide is an interview with the man at Carib. It's refreshing reading an article with items that "surprise". Or perhaps it's just me. But try this one on.......One of the things that blew me away was the comment that the "average customer(post-up) deposit is $250". I had always assumed that figure was much higher. Another comment, (and I'm paraphrasing), was that customers will fund an acct for only a couple of bets at a time. This was all mentioned in the context of the expenses faced by offshores. Now, WITHOUT arguing whether the above comments are true or false, I'd be interested in hearing if posters here mirror the above description or not.
I'll start, I guess.........I'm nothing like the above comments. My average is probably in the 2 dime range and I probably fund an acct for at least 10 bet sizes.

Anywhere from 2k to 10k here. Somtimes more.

Neteller is changing things though, which I would guess would make those statements in the article closer to accurate.

I'm new poster to this sight and I guess this is a good first question to answer. I usually post up $1,000 at a time and bet $100 to $200 per game. Hello to everyone on the forum.

Industry average for post up accounts is $709. Most bigger players including me, have credit at a lot of off-shore books. I also have 2 post-up accounts. I usually post 20-30 thousand and take down my post-ups before the Super Bowl and again just before the final 4 bucket games. Safe is never sorry.
