There are many great reasons to join bet365USA, and one of them is outstanding customer service. With that in mind, there are a few important issues that I'd like to address:

But working the spreads in football and basketball is still the same, it's just the props and the moneylines that are different.
Now you will also notice that the betting interface is also European based, being that the teams are listed side-by-side. This will be changing as well when the new code is deployed. At this point you will see the teams listed in the normal top and bottom fashion.
But remember that bet365USA is a long-established company, with a strong, strong back-end server system hosted right in the heart of London, England.
They also have some of the best props, and you can also sell points of up to 7 points a game, which will increase your odds from say -110 to about +240 or +280!
And of course you can buy points on both football and basketball of up to 7 points a game., which you can then make as a type of teaser.
They allow you to buy points on any amount of teams up to 12 teams, from 1/2 point up to 7 points. And you can do this in a parlay.
So in essence you are creating your own teaser!
