I think it is time for some clarifications. The reason that Ken Weitzner is being stalled by us is for very different reasons than he has ever stated.
Weitzner opened an account with SBG to move money for Billy Walters. We have no problem with that. He was told that we would not allow anyone else to beard in for him. It was when we discovered that his neighbor in Virginia and other people close to him started moving his money that we had a problem. In fact one day a FedEx package was actually delivered to the Weitzner address in VA at the request of the deliveree.

I suggest my peer's check their databases for common addresses in Virginia. They are all Weitzner.

Weitzner was told emphatically that this would not be allowed. We told him we would not be paying him (i.e. his friend who lives next door) his money. He then responded with “you will pay me my f u c k i n money or you will be sorry” He followed that by “I am in tight with some feds who would just love to get their hands on you guys” He kept saying that threat over and over again on every call. The only threats that were made were by Weitzner. We did speak with his wife and were very brief and unpleasant but I am sure everyone can appreciate why. There is no room for rats in this industry. We have been informed by our lawyers that he did in fact follow through with his threat. We will not be blackmailed by the likes of Weitzner.

For the record Timid, The Rx was never paid any advertising fees. He had an arrangement whereby he was given a credit account that needed to be rolled 10 times and he got a small piece of all the people the Rx directed to SBG.

Many people do not like our marketing practices. Many people do not like us. But let’s get one thing straight. We do not threaten women and we are not rats like Weitzner. Weitzner can come and pick up his money in person. It will be sitting on the step in front of our office. Just let us know when you will be arriving.

well once again this wannabee doctor has lied his way out of another fine mess and ratted a sportsbook out in the process.

This comes as no surprise. The rat part. There are papers circulating around from his court case with ESB. I have seen them. Weitzner mentions by name, in a US Court, just about every real name of approximately 50 offshore and onshore figures. The names of several sportsbook operators, including wwts, wsex and many more, not to mention many other names from this industry, bettors, site owners, and so on. No one gave their permission for their names to be used in the court room, and he used the names as if they were all on his side.

Weitzner will do what the Las Vegas prosecuters could not. He will bring down Billy Walters in no time flat. Imagine moving money like that, and being dumb enough to brag about it on your website???

This is what happens when you mix a square (Weitzner) with a street business.

you are correct. i personally saw court documentation that weitzner dropped dozens of names related directly to this industry.
the list includes many of the same people he now has listed on his web site and also others who he is closely associated with.
there is no spinning that.

since court papers are public documents and no one can ever be sued just for reporting whats in those documents, why not reproduce the documents here? blot out the names of sb operators, etc. but let's see the evidence so we all know the truth about the rx...

it is NOT a problem and i will attain the documents which are currently in the hands of our legal firm.

i will pick them up personally this week. this will punctuate some previous dirty deeds in the name of "saving the player" bullshit spewed out by the rx.

just as bob at sos did not need to be the headline story in the name of traffic or "being the 1st" when he was removed from antigua these documents show how loosely weistzner tongue is when any lawyer of agency say "BOO".
The list goes on and on. Bowmans, Premiere League and a host of others.
The same people who wine and dine mr. loose lips are the same people on official court records.
That my friends is a sad commentary indeed.

btw, did you read about that guy in virginia who was busted for running a casino/speakeasy out of his house? same town weitzner lives in! and weitz has been strangely silent about an incident he must know something about....hmmmm...was he involved at all in any way? i'm not saying he was or he wasn't i'm saying he puts in his two cents on every topic under the sun but all of a sudden he's strangely silent on something that happened blocks from him....why?????

re the court papers: kudo to brian for shedding some lite on this long covered up topic...brian, exactly what documents will you be posting on bw regarding this matter and when exactly will they be posted? i expect youll get more traffic than las vegas blvd at new years with this info on your site

i will have the paperwork in hand on wednesday. at that time i will either show the actual documentation with all the names ken weitzner dropped or i will make it available to those who want to see if their names are now a part of the u.s. judicial court records.

these names came right from the mouth of kenneth weitzner, quack make believe doctor.
he left no stone unturned when he spilled his yellow guts to the attoneys at what will be at the cost of some of the biggest names in the industry.

I'd be interested in seeing those court transcripts. I know there has been a lot of back and forth between BW and the Shrink, but some people see it as sniping due to the competition.

I think when people see that they are being named in open court as owning sports books and what not, the facts will be hard to gainsay.

Really - with all the crap this guy is into, I am surprised he's still around the scene.

for argument sake, lets forget about bworld for a second and simply deal with weitzner and all the UNDISPUTABLE trouble he has already caused or will have caused in the near future due to his BIG RAT MOUTH and his long list of untruths as documented in public record.

he is involved in numerous lawsuits and sued bettorsworld (dropped) with the backing of a sportsbook (probably nasa) as stated by weitzner.

if i recall, the list of names he spilled was no less than 20 but i will know for sure when i get my docs from the lawyers.

weitzer NEVER passed his medical boards per ny state and was NEVER granted a license to practice medicine WITHOUT being in the same room as a LICENSED shrink.

that being said, he continually markets himself as a doctor who left the medical field to do what he does now.....RAT OUT TOP INDUSTRY NAMES for the sake of a good story.

according to court papers from a previous lawsuit vs the weitz, it was revealed that he was busted in the 1980s for writing phony medical prescriptions for painkillers and only saved his ass by ratting out several other doctors involved in a medicare fraud

don't even bother to deny it weitz as its all on the record and the court documents are available to the public

ken also has at least two dui arrests...that would seem to make him an alcoholic...he is also receiving medication for depression...of course if i had his ugly face i'd be depressed too, no?

The RX is making allegations that this site is closing down. Is there any truth to this? They are also saying that since no one has replied to their remarks that it must be true.

Also where can one obtain the documents regarding the RX and legal problems he had with prescribing pain killers?

Also I think you should post the legal documents regarding who was named in his most recent court documents in the sportsbook industry as this is important information. How can sportsbook trust this guy if he's naming them in court papers.

while training to be a shrink, which he never was able to become, ken wrote prescriptions for painkillers for his then-girlfriend and now-wife jackie, probably to get him laid...only problem was that just like now he was not a shrink then and wasn't allowed to write scripts...he was eventually caught (doesn't he know those things are checked? shows how stupid he is) and in order to save his own ass he ratted out someone bigger, several docs involved in a small medicare fraud...combine this fiasco with his failing the med boards twice and you see why he never became a shrink though shrinking is the easiest form of doctoring

all records about this are public records, you must contact the proper agencies such as ama, fda, etc

ken also still owes money to the federal govt for a student loan over twenty years ago, and he also owes money for a previous lawsuit he lost

so his track record is drunk, liar, cheat and thief

lots of qquestions but here are the answers as we understand them via official court documents.

1) weitzner has named sportsbook operators, owners and gaming site operators in his loose lipped list of people he has sold down the crapper. this list includes myself and jeff for some reason.

2)weitzner i believe shpows 2 dwi's against his record which for most people would land them in jail. this in itself is not the most serious problem. what is however, is the fact that on a weekly basis it is written and published how this twerp goes out and gets loaded again and again. will it still be so funny when he kills some innocent family? THAT is not so funny.

3) we will NOT publish the court documents BUT will publish the address to obtain complete records of the court case where the facts as stated by a timid weitzner himself are recorded for the public to see for themselves.

finally, a prediction on how he will handle his troubled RAT past.
deflect the people's thinking with other things with no basis in an effort to avoid these serious documented issues. that works all the time when ypou are dealing with half wits.
the facts are the facts are the facts.
and you can't argue that no matter what you say.

You guys are only scratching the surface, but please remember something: regardless of what Ken is or isn't, that doesn't give anyone else instant credibility.

I didn't see many people talking like this several years ago.
