Great Customer Service at WSEX, not so at Carib

I wanted to acknowledge great customer service at WSEX. They have treated me great ever since I joined 1.5 yrs ago. Their payouts have been very timely and they have always treated me with respect on the phones. Any problem I have ever had, has been quickly resolved. On the other hand, I have to say that Carib's customer service has suffered over the last year. Everytime I call, I feel as though I am bothering them; and they really don't seem to concerned about my needs. I have to say that the things that have aggrivated me have been minor in nature. Perhaps, they just have too many players now. I will continue to use both books but if I had to recommend, its WSEX all the way.

I use both and can say that I never had any problems with either. I always bet online, so that may be part of it. Maybe you just got a grumpy clerk. Call Butch over there and ask him to correct the problem - I know he will. As always - Good Luck,
