when a qb is sacked for a ten yard loss does the negative yardage count against the team's rushing yardage or passing yardage or what?

when a rusher gains a yard that's positive rushing yardage and when he loses a yard that's negative rushing yardage. i got that. and when a qb completes a ten yard pass play that's postive passing yardage. so does a sack count against the passing yardage? and what happens when a pass is completed to a receiver three yards behind the line of scrimmage who is immediately tackled for a three yard loss, does that count for negative passing yardage or no yardage or what?

A sack counts against a team's Net Passing Yardage, but not against an individulal QB's Passing Yards. Example. Warner 15-20 for 200 yards, sacked twice for -20. Warners Passing Yardage is 200 yards, Rams Net Passing Yards is 180. If a Pass is completed for a 5 yard loss, that Counts against the individual QB's passing yardage, as well as aganst Team's Net Passing yards.
