  • VEGAS IS STILL BEST

hey sports fans, why all the negative feedback on vegas?vegas suits most players needs, you can bet up to five dimes a game in their sportsbooks, you also dont have to give any information and you dont have to worry about taxes(ITS TAX FREE!!!)IS THERE ANYTHING BETTER THAN THAT?if you want to bet more on a game you go across the street to a different book.all these online sites are conveinent but they are illegal not really safe and come with alot of hassles, like getting paid with a purple check and then you have to cover your face when you cash it.it seems to me that vegas still rules, cash for cash no red tape.what did you say you dont have the cash?oh you need to use a credit card,i knew their was a reason you were betting online.

I doubt many could bet 5 dimes on a game in Vegas.....

Vegas doesn't suit most players needs, because most players don't live in Vegas.

Offshore/online you can shop for lines at a ton of books without having to WALK across the street.

In the fast and furious world of sportsbetting, by the time you walk across the street, the number you're looking for is more than likely gone.

There are really too many reasons to list why Vegas is pretty much a non player these days.

You are obviously not a 5 dime player because if you were you would know your example makes no sense. If you make a 5 dime play they will not ask you for any ID. But wait till you go to pick up your 10 dime payout, then they will ask you for everything but your blood type. They will hand you a government tax form to fill out. Not fun.

Vegas doesn't offer anywhere near the variety of wager types that can be found offshore. Go ask them to make an action-reverse wager or a an if bet. See if you can buy more than half a point. You will get a blank stare.

Most Vegas books won't take 3 dimes, let alone 5 dimes on a game.

They also have another rule that says if they "suspect" you of being a runner regardless of the amount you bet you need to check the ID. How draconian is that?

Not everyone can get to Vegas every evening to make their plays. And even when you can it costs money just to be there.

You have more anonymity offshore if you are playing with one of the elite quality books.

yeah elnoral ive never heard of paying taxes on a five dime play(side bet)in vegas, vegas is still a good safe place to wager without giving up your idenity.offshore is great but watch make sure you keep records and pay your taxes.there is nothing better than placing that wager and sitting down at a table with a steak and watching it(mgm best filet on the planet)after all you cant bet huge in vegas but who wants to,your going to lose no matter how you slice it,so its best to keep it small.why do you think the offshore books are growing by the minute?not because your winning.
