www.allstarsportsbook.com has not paid me since I requested a payout after the superbowl. Is anyone else having trouble with them? I paid via Paypal using my credit card. I reported to my credit card and they are mailing me a form to dispute the charge. I wanted to know if I should mention the payment was for an offshore sportsbook since gambling is illegal. I live in california and dont know if internet gambling is illegal. Should I tell this to my credit card since I'm disputing the charge? Has anyone else done this and was it sucessful?

I think California is where that landmark case was with the lady who had like a hundred grand in casino charges and the courts ruled that she was't liable for the charges. So maybe you have a good shot at disputing it!

WHY are they not paying you? Have they given you a reason. They are a Starnet/World Gaming Book, and those books pay. Give us more info. I'd say under no circumstances should you attempt a chargeback of your credit card. That is thievery. If you're being robbed, that's a different story, but we need to see more.

I dont know why they are not paying. I requested a payout on Feb 6th. They finally confirmed my request on the 8th and told me to expect my payment via Paypal within "48 hours."...3 days later, I got nothing and emailed them inquirying what has happened. They told me to wait 2 more days....Again no money. So I emailed them back again. This time they told me the problem has been forwarded to the "proper department" and that I should expect an email from that department within two days. I waited for that email but never got any response. I got angry and decided to email to all the email addresses that could find on their website. This time I got a response from the webmaster. He told me that I should wait for 10-14 days for my check. I replied and asked him why my payment wasnt in Paypal since that was how I paid. The webmaster emailed me back saying that he was wrong and I should have gotten my payment via Paypal by now already. Well, I checked my Paypal account for the 5th time since this whole thing started and there was still no money. I dont want to waste anymore time with them. www.allstarsportsbook.com seems like a scam to me.

You are caught in Customer service hell. As good as the Starnet's are in paying, that's how bad they often are in CS. I suggest you call, not E- mail, and DEMAND to talk to someone who WILL help you. I see they are also under The SportingBetUSA umbrella, so payment will not be an issue. Here's the numbers from their website to call. Good Luck.
