A couple of people have had trouble getting through lately, while the vast majority of our clients have had none. There's no rhyme or reason.

The customer service number at 1-800-220-0002 seems totally okay, first time we've heard reports of problems.

The wagering lines Jeff gave out are correct. If problems do persist, and it's really important you get through, Hollywood needs to know. There's always the local Costa Rican number: 011 506 253-9018 from the US and Canada, if you can spend a dime. Or e-mail us at [email protected]. We respond quickly!
