  • da da da dut da da! cascade to the rescue!

this should be titled get your heads out of your asses part 2!

watching this is better than any comedy on tv. how many times do you have to be hit on the head before you realize it hurts? everyone is fresh off a stiff in aces and now along comes cascade to save the day! all you have to do is toss an amount equal to what you were already stiffed their way and shazam! you're back in business bonzo!

is there a doctor in the house?

    hello! hello! anyone home??

does anyone actually think this knight in shining armor has the bankroll to match and back each and every aces gold customer that takes his sweet deal? or do you think it's ok that he doesn't because you have to roll it over 2 million times?

but don't worry. you'll get assurances from people in the know. oh yeah. you'll hear lenny is a stand up guy! cascade is solid as a rock! cascade is well backed! cascade has been around!

yeah. they have been around. i think they have been around since last year. oh but of course the heros will come in and say lenny has been a bookmaker for a million years. and so the story goes.

cascade may be great. who knows. are you gonna take the chance? people are most vulnerable when they are in dire straits. like right after they just lost a bunch of money.

you people are easy marks. wake up.

Maybe Egg, maybe. But pls. answer this question without the usual diversion and fanfare, if at all possible.

What would happen, in your opinion, if Cascade does in fact do this deal and IF they subsequently go belly up?

The answer to this question will put to rest, at least for me, where you are in the general hierarchy of bullshit.

Cascade is simply outstanding, one of the very best books in the biz. It is a gross oversight not to have them on the List. I have a lot of respect for Lenny, the guy who runs the joint.

Another outstanding book not on the list is Camelot, run by Mark Del. although the book is new, I'm a big Mark Del fan and love the way he runs the operation. Mark is a true professional.

Zippy, first let me preface my response by stating that I haven't bet or middled football for 10 years. However, I do play with a lot of offshore books, and if I were to bet football, I'd certainly play with the following books:

Aces Gold: Superior sportsbook that offers phenomenal bonuses and the opportunity to bet vig-free. This choice is a complete no-brainer.

Caribi: I've never played with them because they have a 20-cent line in baseball. However, they are a highly reputable book that offers a juice discount.

1)SPORTSBOOK OF THE YEAR (The Little Caesars Award) My choice is Aces Gold/Sports Market. They offer unmatched free juice specials, humongous bonuses, terrific customer service, great, no-nonsense wiseguy phone service, outstanding buy-back value, and a 10-cent line in baseball. Olympic, sure to be the choice of many BW members, offers original overnight lines and unique betting opportunities. However, I just can't vote for a sportsbook with a 20-cent line in baseball.

      Alladins Gold
There is good news for those of you who liked playing with the original Premiere League: The popular and respected Eddie Hadeed--who owned and managed Premiere League, which was sold to Victor Chandler--is back running another sportsbook--Alladins Gold.

I just started playing with Alladins Gold, and I already love the book. Eddie is one of the few BMs around who opinionates his openers and doesn't move his lines on air. If you're sick of clone joints, the mindless copycat books that never have a number different from those on the Don Best Screen, then you'll love playing into Alladins Gold.

I've met Eddie and talked to him quite a bit. I like him, respect him, and trust him. But if he ran a clone joint, I wouldn't put in a plug for his joint. I neither asked for nor received anything from Eddie for making
this post. I play into the posted numbers, just like everyone else.

Eddie is such a refreshing presence in an industry polluted with books that offer nothing beyond bonuses. It is rare nowadays to find a real BM like Eddie. Consequently,
I felt moved to let everyone know that Eddie is back with another great Antigua sportsbook.

If you're interested in Alladins Gold, you can call them at 866-885-2735 or visit them on the Web at www.alladinsgold.com.

      Dunes Pays
I finally received the pay-out for $6600 that I had originally requested from the Dunes on Jan 2. Now that they have new investors and appear to be getting it together, I'll consider re-upping with them during baseball if everyone gets paid and I continue see and hear positive things about them.

Bbuster, I totally agree. I'm a big fan of Mark Del and Camelot. Camelot is rapidly becoming one of the top offshore books because Mark Del is one of the shrewdist BMs in the biz. Mark is smart, works hard, and is great at marketing. I've had extended conversations with Mark and I consider him to be a first-class guy in every respect. I play at Camelot and highly recommend them to everybody.
