I just deposited $300 with Aces 3 weeks ago. It showed up on this months statement. I called CitiBank Mastercard to have them reverse the charge as I never received any service.
They told me they will send me a survey/report that I have to fill out. Does anyone know if there are certain words or phrases not to use when filling this form out regarding gambling activity as the usage?
If I claim I never received services for my $300 and I can not contact them now at their phone number; wondering if this will suffice as a reason to have them credit my account the $300.
( For the record I actually won with my one play with them and my account was up to $480 when they tanked )
I really feel badly for the guys that got stuck for the big dollars that I am hearing...... hoping something happens that you guys get your big bucks back.
