CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN WHAT ACTION POINTS ARE IN REFERENCE TO BETTING? I SEE SEVERAL BOOKS OFFER THIS OPTION BUT THEY DON'T EXPLAIN WHAT IT IS? DANKE SHOEN

Action point is betting per point rather than to win or lose against the Spread. So if Detroit is an 8 point favorite over Chicago, if you play Chicago Action point and they win by 5 you win 13 points(times the $ amount you specify per point). If Detroit wins by say 20, you would lose 12 points(time the amount specified per point time 1.1-book still makes their juice). It is a great tool for the bettor.

Action Pounds

We also have Action Pounds. When you are actually burning less calories then you are consuming.

I consider myself a Wiseguy beating the calories with more action pounds.
