I believe a martyr is someone who dies for a cause and becomes an icon for that cause. Maybe not even dies.

But my LORD (yes, pun intended), JC being Jesus Christ or better? Anyone who comes forward and thinks THAT we better send over to the other site to have their head examined........

Just because someone goes home to face their indictment, takes it to trial with expensive lawyers, and has been on sixty minutes, HBO, etc. etc. etc. ........I mean does that make O.J. a martyr?
