Legal Queston?

Is it illegal too be an agent if ?. Example: you set up a player with an offshore book, like a Casino host, get him a credit account, and he settles up directly with the book. Now you have an arrangement with the book also. He can send a netteller payment or receive it, a western union, Bank wire..ETC. Would this be legal ?

Smartplayer, like all things in this alley it's not clear. But the most conventional wisdom is that it is not legal. By setting up a player and taking part of his action, an agent could be viewed as an extension of the sportsbook itself. So in the U.S. that could be an offense.

I think it's illegal. You can't profit directly from a players losses. Proving it would be another story. Probably very difficult to prove if you use common sense.
