The answer is YES. A perfect example would be this loser at the RX named Joe. His boss started a scam tout web site by stating he handicapped games through some pyschological factor and he was good at this because he is a shrink.
When it became more lucrative for him to get out of the scam tout biz he did so. Bashing other touts after getting out.
Keep in mind this 2 time drunk has NEVER been licesnsed as a shrink and i am being told he failed the medical boards twice.
ANYBODY and I mean ANYBODY that does business with this long time name dropping no good SOB should be labeled in the category of severely STUPID. Of course when you are as desperate as Joe (reports say joe could not get a job at MW after weeks of pleading) he nuzzled up to the RX AND now lives up his ass.
