    NEWS RELEASE

Grand Central Sportsbook and Casino is proud to announce that it has entered into an exclusive operating partnership with a leader in the offshore world, JAZZ CASINO and SPORTSBOOK.

The formation of this entity marks the continued growth of both the GCS and JAZZ brands. GCS will operate as a separate subsidiary under Jazz’s parent corporation. This new operating partnership will provide JAZZ with an increased customer base of over 40,000 clients and the marketing expertise to become one of the premiere gaming sites on the Internet.

GCSports, being mainly an Internet book, is a perfect compliment to Jazz's telephone and land-based Casino operations. Jazz currently owns four land-based casinos in Costa Rica and both the Looselines and ABC Islands Internet sportsbook brands.

Jazz International will be responsible for all risk-management, casino and sportsbook integration as well as the financial management of the newly formed company. GCS responsibilities will be Marketing the existing and newly created casino and sportsbook products.

If you have any questions regarding your Grand Central Sports and Casino account please contact a V.I.P. host at 1-800-213-3370

Although admirable that Jazz is taking over all these troubled books, many of these customers will have duplicate accounts and at some point Jazz is going to have to get strained for cash flow. How many distressed books can one take responsibility for before getting hurt?

I'm sure their land-based casinos make them a good chunk of profit, but how much of that do you want to take from one business segment and pour into another?

Hopefully this all does work out for the best for the players in the end.

And I thought someone said Grand Central was suddenly paying? Is this because of the Jazz deal?
