Would like to hear why you think customer service is bad a Pinacle Sports. Thanks

    I'd like to know too.

I've had nothing but good results with Pinnacle.

I rarely phone in plays to them, so I can't really comment on their customer service over the phone. But they are still number one with me when it comes to neteller transfers. Seems like I can go in pretty much any day at any time and make a transfer and it's dome immediately.

Never a complaint by me, and some of the lowest vig online plays in the business with generous limits to all players.

I think a lot of players have very little patience for any customer service rep that is not from the US. A foreign representative may seem to be a little slow or may stumble slightly and then get even more flustered when pushed. A lot of these clerks and reps get treated very poorly by their American managers and it will reflect in their service. One bad experience often makes players hold a grudge.

Many customers have one bad experience and then decide the book's customer service is horrible. I was just trying to explain it from a local's point of view.

Think it has something to do with an unanswered email.

In addition, thought it was quite unkind of them to force me to make a payout to my credit card when I deposited... via Neteller. I made a CC deposit a while back and lost all that cash. Later on I switched to Neteller and started playing without my CC. I won. I tried to make a withdrawal back to Neteller and was told I have to withdraw back to CC, even though the funds I used came from Neteller.

On the bright side there is Shawn, the soccer guy. He is very helpful and accomodating.

Cons: Thanks for the reply. I think you understand with all the credit card fruad that has hit the off-shore books they credit back and charge on your card to the amount you use it for. Any amounts over your inital CC deposit should be paid back thru whatever method you paid.

                    Again, thanks for your reply.

                      Steve, thanks for the reply.

I understand the problems that you face with credit cards and it's understandable that you have such regulations in place. I think I was upset because I figured that if I lost my CC deposit then any subsequent deposit would no longer have to go to the CC (because it was made by other means).

In the end it all turned out well though because I made good use of the funds that came back to my CC (playing at a book that doesn't take Neteller). So I guess that I should even thank you guys for this fortunate turn of events.

Today I had a very disappointing experience with Pinnacle. I made a bet on one of the tennis props and realized that I had bet the wrong side by mistake. I contacted Pinnacle about this with plenty of hours left until game time and they refused to help. Very bad customer service imo.

This happens rarely and when it does I've never had any trouble sorting this out. One call to Olympic or Centrebet and it's all taken care of within 60 seconds. Pinnacle is the only sportsbook that I've ever played with that was unwilling to do anything to help out.

It's too bad because Pinnacle just ruined the US Open final which I was so looking forward to.

Did they just refuse to void the bet...in other words, they just told you too bad that you made an incorrect choice? Have they done this in the past?

Usually, books will void the bet if you call within a few minutes...I don't understand why Pinnacle would just blow off the situation.

There are a lot of other outs offering US Open wagering, they should think of that!!

I have never had a problem with Pinnacle. I love the 7% juice at all time on-line. A few questions: Have you ask them to void bets in the past, had the odds changed sinced you made the bet, and how much time had expired since you made the bet, 5 minutes, and hour, etc.

Blowfish, yup - 'too bad' was their approach. Shameful customer service imo. They have never done this in the past as this is the first time I've made a mistake through their web site.

Steve, as mentioned, first time ever (and I've been with them since May 2001). The odds were slightly less favourable on the side I wanted to bet on (I never asked for the old price). As for time, maybe an hour (but still several hours until match time), can't tell you exactly as Pinnacle's great software doesn't show the time of the bet on the confirmation screen.

I ended up taking the other side to cover the mistake myself.
