Over 9 in All-Star Game a push or win ?

Not that I am an expert here, but generally if a game goes over 9 innings or 8 1/2 if the home team is winning the total is official. If a game is called or suspended after 5 innings the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning of play - unless the home team scores to tie or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning. The winner is then determined by the score at the time the game is called.
But I'm not in charge......so we'll see what happens.
