Mr. Blowfish, great question. I think I will shill a little. PINNACLE AND ROYAL. I advertise for both of these Sport Books and have very few complaints.

carib has great customer service,i ask for a payout and before i can log in to my pre paid atm account,the money is already there.the worst i have seen is grand central,david rockwell,try calling him for a payout ! all he does is to try to talk you out of it,thats why i quit there long ago

The sad thing is the best customer service in the industry probably was at Aces Gold / Sports Market.

I agree with Bill777 Carib is the best I have used Wsex is the worst--never replynto emails.

In my opinion the best customer service is TheOnlinebet.com, this is an small book that is taking care of customers the way they should, fast deposits same with pay outs. They also have friendly people on the phone Ana and Gabriel are my favorites.

They reminded me the old GSC/Betmaker/SportingbetUSA, b/c after they merged this year there Cust Serv changed dramatically. I’m sorry for that b/c that was my first sportsbook and they made me look for another book for this football season.

Carib had good CS . . . . WSEX, if you call them (they never seem to return email) . . . . Royal is good as well.

Pinnacle !? Steve - you must be kidding. They suck - and I'm being polite. Even the players that like them admit they get good prices and crappy service.

BoDog - I don't think they know how to answer emails; they're clueless in my opinion.

Intertops - sucks! Way too big to even care.

Blowfish, have you had any problems at Pinnacle? I have had very few complaints about them. I sell them advertising and all my dealings have been professional. Stardust seems to think they suck.

Another site I really like and have had no problems dealing with is Gameday.

I've been lucky with customer service at most places and I play at 20+ books. So much can be done online these days without ever having to deal with a phone clerk. But even that generally goes smoothly.
