  • Neteller C.C. Processer down

For the last 2 weeks now Neteller's Credit Card processer is down. I spoke to the superviser last week and he said it was going to be fixed by the weekend. This week I spoke to the superviser and he again said the same thing, that it would be fixed this weekend. It is declining credit card deposits before even connecting to it's online server therefore never accessing the credit card.
I'm wondering if they are having financial problems. I've heard rumors and thought of them just as that ...rumors, BUT after this it makes me think twice.
I would sit back and see what happens before sending payouts from your book to neteller. Even though it's a small chance..it's not worth it .. I would just send it check from the book to you untill we find more out.

"Atlas Financial" and "Eshop" are the processing companies. I believe they just started using Eshop recently. Again, Their only response is that they are working on it.

Atlas Financial and E-cash are down as well, or this is who processes their cards?

They aren't associated with Firepay are they?

Blowfish- I don't know what I was typing on that last message. I didn't make sense(must of been in a rush) I edited it for you readers. What I meant is that Atlas and Eshop(NOT Ecash) are the processors that they use. Haven't heard anything new. I haven't been using it so I'm not sure the status as of today..just the last 2 weeks.

Something is going on with Neteller. They still have not fixed the credit card processer and if you call and talk to them about it they act like it's your credit card company that's declining because of "gambling" when it's not even showing up on the credit card's end. It's definately a problem with Neteller and the scary thing is that they are giving different answers depending on who you talk to. Be careful or just send cash.

i had an argument with my credit card company once about this same thing and they said that if they cahrge wasn't going to go through that it may stop before the card company even had a chance to decline it. so what they say may be true.

I just tried to add some funds to my NETeller account using first my debit card, then two different credit cards and I am running into the same problem. The are ALL being declined. They were all also declined at the casino I was trying to make a deposit with. How do we fund our Neteller accounts if we can't even use our debit cards?

Blowfish, I had the same problem with Neteller for two weeks now my debit cards have been declined--I tried calling them and was on hold 45 minutes before I gave up and hung up...

The only concern I have is the fact that they have not come out to any of the boards or even on their site with an announcement of what the problem is or when it may be solved. Is anyone able to get charges through right now?

I wouldn't be worried about Neteller having any financial difficulties - the future's bright for them after Pay Pal decided to ditch the gambling sector.

In fact if I was to name the biggest breakthrough in internet wagering over the last couple of years I would have to point to Neteller, with live wagering coming a close second.

what is the latest on this? they seem to be doing great business, but the new visa code change could hurt them. has anyone asked them how they code their credit transactions?
