There may be setbacks in payment processing for the offshore industry, but with the rest of the world embracing internet gambling like they are.....the US won't be able to come up with an effective method to stop funds from moving around.
Yeah I think Neteller can be shut off from US money, even though it's located outside the US. Once they decide you are a tool of offshore wagering/terrorism (aren't they the same), tou are done.
