Pretty simple......
Just like the office pool. Fill in your bracket and root em home.
Points will be done by seed. ie you pick a 9 seed to win, and they do, you get 9 points.
Prizes -
1st $300
2nd $200
3rd $ 100

P.S. There will be another contest which will require you to pick every side and total in the tournament, with the winner being the player with the most units won.
