Is anyone else having issues getting email from betmaker?

They told me that their email system is having problems, but one would think they'd make an announcement about it.

Are your initials TC?
I've checked with our customer service dept. and it is my understanding is that we are only having problems getting e-mails to one customer (w/ those initials). All the e-mails are bouncing back.

We have not received any other complaints about e-mails recently.

Do you have a Web-based account we can correspond to you at? Your ISP might have us blocked.

That's correct it's me.. Glad to hear I'm the only one having the issue. I will call again and give you another address. Your customer service indicated that you were having email issues.

Very odd indeed.. Any ideas what could cause this? I'm sure it's not out of the realm of possibility, but why should an ISP be able to block an E-mail address?
