    i really appreciate your site and up to date i had no problems with the casino in your directory , lately i registered at 5dimes.com after i saw it in your website and trust the casino, i am asking you to remove this site from your directory in order to not mislead other players after i registered wager 2000$ and after the wagering receive the signup bonus and then the bonus was removed once i cashed in.

    i attached the live chat with the manager of the casino for you to decide.

    it is the casino right no to credit an account with the bonus but this is acceptable once it happens before wagering start but he can't ask u in their website to wager 2000$ and then receive the bonus and if u win to remove the bonus .

    This place is solid by all accounts, but their head guy is never there and so service suffers. Their software also gets a lot of knocks. Unified Gaming was sold to a group in Europe supposedly so maybe they'll actually improve upon the software now.

    As for that conversation, that is deplorable and I hope the person that held the conversation was fired.

      bet2gamble has removed them from their recommended list because of this incident. they still use unified gaming software and it is being said they are looking for new software but can't find any that they will pay for.
