island casino seems to have new software. it is a lot better than that other inet software that they were using. anyone have any information on it? is anyone else using it?

I believe several credit shops are using it in Costa Rica....it seems to be a very solid product so far. It has a great reporting section so you can analyze your own action. It beats the hell out of INet and Unified Gaming, that's for sure.

The best thing about Grande on line is that the software is not set to time out.

You can log on and be on all day long.

i wonder why sportsbooks care if the software times out or not. they never have a good answer for why it happens when it does. maybe it has something to do with the number of simultaneous connections that are allowed in to the server at one time.

letting the player stay on the site logged in for as long as they want would help keep a player as a customer. anyone know why they allow software to time out?
