We have received the following from an angry customer regarding Starluck Casino. Other complaints have been lodged in the past, but we felt this situation should be brought to light to remind players to stay away.
Well, where to start. I played, I lost. Same story except, I played the same game to the tune of 1675.00. I wondered what kind of odds the game had. First I was told I had "Bad" luck. I asked about winners, and Edward wrote me that I had "won" 97% of the time, not a payout, but "win". ( I looked that up and it means to gain) How could that be? I had funded my account with their Ezecash system and I told them to block it, they still took money, I told them to block it, they still _took money. Finally after three times my account was blocked. I wrote to complain and see my play logs with all these wins. Guess what they refuse to talk to me. I have been fighting for a month and finally this week the manager e-mailed me, and told me they had done nothing wrong and my "payouts" not wins, "payouts were 85.69%. He said the money taken from my checking account was used back to gamble so nothing was wrong. i disagree because they should have BLOCKED transactions. That account had no password, a 4 yr old could access it. For 30 days I went to there contact page which says they WILL reply and they replied maybe 5 of those days, another lie. They had me call, but none of them speak english well enough to understand anything. I keep going back to the fact that one of his staff said I "won" 97% of the time, which is a lie, and Bill, the manager keeps ignoring me. He put 300.00 in my account. I told him that was a start, because I wanted 2,000.00 for what I lost and for the fraud and lies. I know others that have had problems with this casino and I want my money or I am willing to gather people for a class action suite. I don't give up, and it is about time they realize that they are not immune from all laws. They told me I "won" and I didn't . I told them not to allow any more funds to go through, and they did. They promise replies and the don't. This crap better end SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
