losing isnt the point. Even when won, "game of the month", GOY, 20* POD, etc, are all terms that indicate lack of understanding in what it takes to make money in the wagering business. Real winners are in it for the long haul.

No offense to 'the hammer', but I was taken to the cleaners by "service picks" about 10 years ago, and dont want others doing the same.

With all due respect chamilun, I can totally understand how some people would think that service play sites are BS. The fact is that it is one game.

At TrackPicks.com we went 5-1 with a net gain of 26 out of a possible 30 units. We do know what it takes to succeed in this business, but NOBODY wins all of the time. One bad game does not a bad service make!!

We pride ourselves on trying to be the sports service you WON"T get burned at, and trying to be different than every other site out there. We charge minimal amounts compared to other sites and we promise that if we give losers out, you will get all of our premium plays until you are positive units! That game is just the nature of the beast!!

Ok under the rules of not posting url.'s maybe, but come on Hammer, Game of the month and we are 3 weeks into the month and the best game you could find as the game of the month was Tampa..... So let me get this straight over 70 games and this one jumped off the table.....

Chamlin has a great point, and trolling the banks for those unlucky fishermen {players} on the hopes and dreams you will fill their basket is laughable. "Teach a man to fish and he will eat forever"

Please continue to post but cease with the school yard hype, the fact you charge for your picks makes me sick....

We try not to bash other cappers. But in this case, I suggest you look at our record and compare it to yours. I have seen some amazing crap come out of your plays.
"The Carpet DOES NOT Always Cover".
Actually, we had a "Game of the Year" Last week, and YES, it jumped off the table and came in huge with New Orleans stomping Atlanta. Nobody likes GOY, GOM, Play of the Day...we know that...but in this business, the goal is to make money...right? Am I wrong in assuming that? So, if there is a game that you would front alot of money on, moreso than any other game, shouldn't it be designated as a top play?
OK, the Tampa game WAS NOT a good play....SORRY! Bad plays happen!
Get over it and start posting better plays!!

5-2 is my record ( FIRST WEEK COUNTED AS A LOSS FOR NOT POSTING) and yours is mighty close, big difference here is I dont charge for my plays and you do.

Essentially, our philosophy is the only real difference. I feel that some games are games you HAVE to wager on and wager heavy. Designating a game GOY, GOM or GOW is just a way to say "If you're going to wager large, do it on this particular game". I don't see what's so wrong with that. You give out picks for free, great, more power to you, I hope you are successful. I chose a different route. My clients are entitled to know what games I think are extraordinarily high in value, thus the designation of Game of the Year. The funny thing, to me, is that cappers that choose not to charge for picks are always the ones who have a problem with calling games GOY, etc.
I am certainly not calling you a bad capper either, but don't for a second think that I haven't seen one of your posts that bombs.
If that pick had won, I don't think it would have been an issue.
I'm not going to battle with you about records or how many posts I have. My record speaks for itself, as does yours. Are you monitored? People pay us for our plays because, over the long haul, we help them win money. End of story.
I can tell you right now that we DID NOT expect Virginia Tech to come out and play like girls! Nor did we expect Roger Clemens to throw batting practice in the 1st inning.
Either way, you keep capping your way and I'll keep capping mine!

We've been online since November of 2002, but we had a 900# since August of '97.
In the 6 years we've been capping, yesterday was BY FAR our worst day ever!! It just goes to show that it's easy to OVER handicap a game and in sports, anyone can win on any day!!

Let's put our heads together and pick some BIG winners!!

I'm killing myself by taking sides AND totals...had the Yanks AND the OVER....had G Tech AND the OVER....we haven't had a winning side in 5 straight plays!! I can't put my finger on it!!
I don't play totals on hockey, and we're 27-7 on the year...I should have figured it out by now on the other sports!!

Looking forward to this weekend!

I'll have my college analysis up tomorrow evening!
