Week 15 shapes up to be a real test for the capper....
This week 2 games draw my attention.
Vikings at Chicago, where the Bears are a 1.5 favorite..
Bears QB Rex Grossman will start his first ever game in the NFL against a veteran secondary of the Vikings. This kid has a rocket arm and is strong. I am not convinced he can read Defense or stand the big hit.
The Bears are 5-1 ATS at home this year, while Minny is giving up 30 ppg on the road.
The Vikes have lost the last 3 road games on the road by 42.6 pts.
The Vikings are in a playoff hunt and this game is very, very important to them, factoring in the Rookie QB starting this game will be OTB, until the line adjust.
I don't like betting against a home dog, but this may be a play.
GAME 2
RAMS at home VS Seattle.... Rams favored by 6.5
What can I say, 2 teams going in opposite directions since they last met in Seattle.
The Rams are coming off a tough Monday night game against Cleveland (this is not a easy place to play) and have won 9 out the last 10 games.
The Seahawks are giving up 33 points a game in the last 5 straight loses, While St. Louis is averaging 35.8 ppg at home.
The Host in this series is 8-1 ATS....
I do not see Seattle having the metal to play catch up ball,
STRONG STRONG PLAY with the Rams......
Good Luck to all,
Carpet
P.S. All comments welcome.....
