Cinncinati +1.5 (-110) at St.Louis...Suppan pitched his best game last time out almost no hitting the Marlins. I see him coming back to life tonight and the reds hanging around. Cards have played wuite a few one run games lately too. Nice price for a runline bet.

Leaning towards Seattle Seahawks +3 also on pre-season MNF.

Well, Reds did not come through. It was a one-run game late but then the cards bats exploded. Suppan deserves some respect now. He is a better pitcher than he has showed in the past.


The good thing, the cards did win. Probably going to stay off them for most of the year and maybe play against them in certain situations.

Nice call on the UNDER too.

0-1 for week 3-4 last 2 weeks.

Tuesday:


LA Dodgers -133 over Florida...Burnett has not impressed me lately. Alavarez has pitched above average all year. Hard not to see value in any Dodger game with Gagne in the pen. Dreifort pitched and loss last night so maybe they will keep him sitting for tonight which adds more value too.

Wednesday:

Cubs -101 vs. Brew Crew...Clement vs. Sheets.

I say Dusty will shake things up a bit tonight to get some offense production. Clement is solid and Sheet has tailed off a bit.

Cubs have to start hitting sometime--its painful for even a Cards fan to watch!!

KC -120 vs. Seattle..

Mike Wood must go for KC. He is the pitching star of the future for the Royals which means he will go well and then won't be able to be re-signed. Anyway, I like the Royals to beat up on Seattle's lefty Villone.

Small lean towards Carolina too in the NFL game tonight. My book has -3.5 as of now. May tease Carolina with the UNDER as Natty mentioned that Carolina's D will play a lot tonight.

Montreal +115 over Colorado

Colorado played 2 on Thursday so their bullpen is exausted. Montreal comes in playing its best ball of the year. I think they take advantage of a tired rockies team and wins a high scoring game. Will look at the OVER as well.
