My NFL game of the week

I am going with the Detroit Lions this week. They won't even need the 3 points against the Bears. Detroit will make the playoffs this year and will start off with a great showing on Sunday. The Bears offense is average at best and the defense is about the same. Detroit has many offensive weapons and Joey Harrington will come into his own this year. I think this is an easy play, take it for what it's worth.

Please tell me the last time the Lions won a road game???? They haven't won a road game in 2 or 3 years...They suck on grass, don't fool yourselves here.

I'm with you guys on the Lions. I know they haven't won on the road in a gazillion games but if ever there was a team that was ripe for an upset it's the Bears. I actually don't even consider it an upset.

Bear QB grossman has only started 4 games. The Lions secondary has 31 years of pro experience (I just read that)

The Bears are just plain lousy. If the Lions are going to win on the road this year, this is their spot.

Have not played them yet for real money but do think Detroit is the play here.

I think they will be under-valued all year and will be better than most think with a more mature harrington and Rodgers.

Just my opinion and don't think the Bears are much of team even at home.
