Monday Night Football Anyone?

This is a tough pick for me as you can tell I am a Jets Fan, a huge one at that. I feel however that the Dolphins getting +7 here is the right choice.

Pennington will have a very very tough time throwing the ball in this game as he did in their previous meeting. Curtis Martin is begginning to show signs of wearing down and Coach Edwards should be giving the ball to Lamont Jordan more often. This, However, won't happen. The Jets will have a tough time getting in the endzone. Previous meeting only TD came from and INT return.

Miami gets Chambers back against the Jets after he sat out the last meeting. Chambers has previously done well against the Jets. And TE Mcmichael Is always a tough cover for the Jets. QB Fiedler always seems to have one good game a year against the Jets. With the MNF spotlight I expect the Dolphins to come out and play well after getting a big win last week.

I think the Jets pull this one out in another low scoring close AFC East divisional game

I have the Jets at a pk in a tease from sunday (with SD) and also the UNDER 45 in a tease (10 point with SF, and under Carolina--which the tease actually helped in both!). Both look pretty solid to me at this point and is what I like to see.

My other bet of the game is the Jets UNDER 20.5 for the game. Think they win but don't score all that much.

Yeah woodie, if that tease of under 45 doesn't hit I will be amazed! The only way this game goes over 45 is with a bunch of turnovers in bad field position. The Jets scoring drives are almost always 6 minutes+, barring they start from their own 35 and under. And usually they end up stalling in the red zone and have to kick 20-35 yard field goals all game. Good luck with that under and hopefully for both of us the Jets win, by less than 7 of course

of this forum next week if i could, I am sorry for
being completely absent from this years monday
night football talk, I think i went on a pretty good
run last year, cant remember the numbers, but
I am pretty sure I had a winning MNF season.

I like the jets tonite, too many big underdogs
covered yesterday, and a big cincinatti upset
last monday night sets up for a big trap tonite
I believe. So I am going to have to pick the jets,
I think the man in the firemans hat is going to
fire the boys up tonite! Ok, i know its a little weak
