  • Grapevine Top Opinion for saturday 11/13 Oregonst/Stanford

The following game is one of the strongest plays on the board we see.

    Game 183/184 5:00est start
    Oregon State (-1) @Stanford

Both teams enter their final 2 games with 4 wins each both needing to win out for any possibility of a post season bowl, however we feel the oddsmaker is giving us a very cheap price on an Oregon State team that has absolutely owned Stanford as of late. In last years game the talent disparity was quite evident in Oregon States 43-3 victory as they ran the ball for over 222 on the ground and passed for another 441 in the air while holding stanford to -12 yards rushing on 30 carries. In some games turnovers play a huge part in the outcome of the game. That was not the case last year as Oregon State was actually -1 for the game in the turnover department. They just proved to be far superior in all facets of the game. We dont foresee Stanford being able to close this immense gap in just one year. Whats deceiving about Oregon States 5 losses as they have all come to top 25 caliber teams. There is no shame in losing to teams like (#1USC, #5CAL, #17LSU(Road), #14Boise State(Road),#21Arizona State(Road). We will take the vastly superior team talent wise to get the job done vs a banged up Cardinal team at a very cheap price. Get down on this early as we fully expect to only rise as gametime nears. Oregon State -1 get the call in this contest.

Stanford injuries include Starting QB Trent Edwards Shoulder left last game listed as questionable and #1 rushing leader J.R. Lemon Thigh missed last game listed as questionable

    Grapevine Top Opinion Chi/Tenn 11/14

A nice winner with OregonSt yesterday, a little closer than we would have liked after they jumped out with a quick 21-3 lead but a win nevertheless.

This is one of the strongest plays on the board we see today.

    Game215/216
    Chicago Bears@Tennessee Titans-6
    1pm est

The Tennessee Titans enter todays game at 3-5 off a bye week. This is a team that has made the playoffs 4 out of the past 5 years. Head Coach Jeff Fisher cut his teeth as a defensive coordinater, and we feel he has a few trick defenses schemes set up for pseudo rookie sensation Craig Krenzel. (2-0 as a starter) Last week Chicago shocked many as a 9 point underdog winning outright over the NY Giants. Make no mistakes Chicago is an improved football team but after back to back big wins, one in primetime at home, we see a letdown in this spot today. Combine that with the fact that Tennessee traditionally plays very well at home and has one of the best home field advantages in all of football. Even with McNair doubtful we feel the Titans are in a good spot today and are ready to take care of business with a fundamentaly sound victory today. Titans -6 gets the call.

Goodluck and may all your bets be winners!
