    Suns -11

Maybe this line –11 points would have been OK if that game would have been played a week ago, but right now even offering lines for Utah`s games should be considered as insanity.

The Suns have lost 4 of their 5 home games in this season, but it should be considered as a miracle if they can blow this game today. With a record of 3-4 they are everything, but satisfied right now. As it was for the Kings, the meeting with the Jazz tonight should be considered as a golden opportunity for the Suns to regain their confidence.

Head-coach Jerry Sloan has admitted that his team is tired, cause playing in 4 time zones in 5 days takes toll on a team. Serious setback for the Jazz is that Carlos Boozer is out at least for one more month. He worked out with Jazz coaches on Sunday and while performing a cut-and-shoot drill he felt a pull, or what he described as a pop, in his thigh again. The team also announced that Andrei Kirilenko, who sprained his right ankle in Chicago last Saturday, will be out two to four weeks. The good news are that starting guards Keith McLeod and Gordan Giricek, who missed the past two games, are expected to be ready to play tonight.

Can injured, tired and out of sync team run with the Suns who have one of the leagues top offenses? Sure they can, but only 2 or 3 quarters. Playing against the Suns should feel much the same like few days ago against the Kings. Due to injuries the Jazz doesn’t have ability to play their strong defense (to have a chance to stop the Suns running) and they are too tired and too short-handed to match them in scoring. Spreadline –11.0 points for the Suns with medium/high stakes 7/10.
