College Hoops Week of 12/12

I stand at 19-19 YTD on my posts in here. Overall, I am up about 3 units in hoops at my books. But I will just keep the record of the picks I post. Just didn't have too much time to post over the weekend.

Anyway, lets make some money in this thread, provide good insight, and keep the BS to the minimumn (unless the Boys wants to post more semi-nude, hot chicks or XbigPappa's girl-I am all for that!).

Seem like a lot of 1-4 point favs blew a lot of teams out over the weekend. Or it just may have been the ones I paid attention to such as Illinois and Princeton. Well onto the weekly grind.

One play Monday:

Eastern Illinois +2 over Tennesee State...Lots of people going against Eastern here since they haven;t won yet this year. Just a gut play here for me, don;t know too much about either team except that this conference is very home-court friendly.

Looked at the Wiscy-Nc-Wil game but passed. Both have good records and I think the lines makers are all over this one so it is a solid PASS for me.

My only pick is St. Loius +5 (buy half point). Biggest reason is St. Louis played the Tar Heels very tough........enough to carry over into a game they should win outright. GL to all...i need a big week here.

The bobcats will do nothing but improve and a trip to go play Cinci is not the imposing threat that it once was. A big key for the Bobcats will be to hold their own in the glass.

Fordham/ Fairfield over 132

Just another trend play here as all of the games in this series since '97 have gone over this number. hope this one goes as well as last nights trend play.

Fairfield +2 Vs. Fordham...Pretty even game, but think Fairfield is just the better team and on their home court.

SATURDAY PLAY

Youngstown State -2' vs Duquense (Pinnacle)

I have seen both of these teams play here this year and can tell you that one of them is far better than their horrible records indicate.

YSU, led by Quin Humphrey is back home and should handle the Dukes. This game looks just about as good as it gets for me.

Thanks Spang, Youngstown was easy $$$ in the bank. It made up for last night, when I could only get the condems for 140 and naturally it came in at 139. They needed Reggie Bush for that last field goal. LOL.
