  • Pats/Bucs game

It's 3 minutes before halftime, you're playing in an extremely hostile environment on the road yet you're only down by 7. You've just made an impressive defensive stand to force a punt and you're going to get the ball back with a chance to maybe put some points on the board before the half. So what do you do? Sit back and gladly take the ball? No, you rough the kicker and give them the ball back plus 15 yds resulting a few seconds later in a touchdown and a 14 pt deficit. Can someone please explain to me the thought process that would occur in order for a player to risk roughing the kicker in this situation? Maybe I'm stupid or something To me you'd have to have the IQ of a cumquat to risk such a thing. If you were down a bunch it might be worth the risk but 7pts so close to halftime? What a f**king moron.

That wasn't roughing imo that should have been running into the kicker which would have been only 5 yards and still fourth down. So that bad call hurt the bucs.

That was the turning point imo.
