Dead wrong on Michigan State. Wiscy is tougher than I thought, especially at home.

Monday:

Iowa State +6 at Home vs. #15 Texas...I have been contemplating this game all day and finally pulled the trigger when it hit 6. ISU just squeaked by K-State over the weekend and Texas blew out Colorado at home to begin the Big 12 season. This will be a good measuring stick game for ISU to see how they stack up against the league's best. The backcourt battle between Tucker and Stinsopn will be a good match-up to watch. ISU's D is suspect but if they come out intense on that end of the court I think they have a shot. Hilton is still one of the toughest places to play in the Big 12 and with the 6 points, I like this play quite a bit.

Cal State Fullerton +9 (bought 1/2) at Pacific...Been on Fullerton many times this year. Pacific off loss which adds some extra line value in my eyes. Fulletron is a decnt squad who should keep it closer than the 9.

4-7-1 YTD. 0-1-1 yesterday.

Way off on my Iowa State call. They hung for about 10 minutes but were just simply bullied inside. ISU's backcourt is good but just lacks the sound play that the good, smart guards have. Too much hot-dogging it and not enough putting the ball in the bucket. It does not matter if you look good if the ball does not go in. Will continue to watch this team and will be playing on or against them when the time comes.

Fullerton pushed geteting the 9. They were leading at half!!!

I bet i have had about 10 losses this year where the team I played was leading at half as dogs. Maybe I need to start playing 1st half lines.

Basically like both these home teams. Think btoh will be very close games and can see a grabage bucket ruining the day with the regular lines so I decioded to take the extra 5 points each way to help out. Hope fully the teaser does not tease me tonight!


North Carolina -1 over VTech...As long as Marcus Vick doesn't sneak in with his guns and step on the UNC Point guard, I think the Tarheels will win this one.

5-7-1. 1-1 Yesterday as Western Michigan got blown out.

Wednesday's big card. Looked over the whole board very well and these are the ones I've played so far. More than I usually like to play but they seemed to jump out at me. Not much time to write them up today.

Virginia pk vs. Florida State...going with the home team here in a battle.

Notre Dame -1 (bought 1/2) vs. Syracuse...I think ND may surprise some people theis year.

Wake Forest +5 at Clemson...ACC road doggie who is 0-2 to start conference play. Duke handed them their ass and expect them to bounce back.

Kansas +4 at Colorado...Tentative on this play but think big UK win helps give young KU some confidence.

Seton Hall -2 vs. Marquette...Strong defenseive team vs. young Marquette team playing on the road.


Thats all for now. Looking at Arkansas -3 vs. LSU too.
