There shouldn`t be a shortage of upsets in week 1 of college football. My big plays of the week:
Kentucky 22 1/2 over Louisville - 2 potent offenses should light up the board, Louisville gets too many points on this one. Kentucky is bad, but they will hang with the Cards. Louisville by 14.
Cal 2 over Tennessee - Cal is looking to break out with a big season while Tennessee is still sliding down the hill. Cal should win outright by 10.
Syracuse 15 over Wake Forest - Syracuse can cover on the road, Wake drops the ball as faves at home. This game should be close. The Orangemen by 3.
Memphis 3 over Mississippi - I`m looking for a major let down by Miss. and strong season by Memphis. The stats and trends are not in favor of Miss. on this one. Memphis wins outright by 7.
