11-12 sides
1-2 totals
Chargers -1.5 at Baltimore - Chargers have only given up 7 pts in 2 games, Baltimore has given up only 20 in 3 games. Equal defenses but more offensive options for the Chargers.
Washington +3 vs Jacksonville - Probably going to be a close, low scoring game so I'm taking the home team + the 3.
Minnesota +1 at Buffalo - I'll take Brad Johnson over Losman. Neither team has scored or given up much overall so probably a low scoring game too.
Tennessee +9.5 vs Dallas - Tennessee has played 2 competitive games out of 3. I'm throwing out the buzz saw they ran into in San Diego.
San Francisco +7 at Kansas City - The Chiefs have scored 16 pts in 2 games and have yet to win. The 49ers at least have a semblance of an offense with 71 pts in 3 games.
New Orleans +7 at Carolina - Still no respect for the Saints. Carolina still shooting themselves in the foot and are lucky to have won that game last week.
Arizona +7.5 at Atlanta - Atlanta was exposed for what they are on Monday night. Like I said, they just happened to catch Carolina (no Steve Smith) and T.B. (Chris Simms floundering) at just the right time. Both those teams were totally out of synch offensively.
Oakland +2 vs Cleveland - Oakland had the misfortune of starting with 2 of the hottest teams coming out of the gates. Cleveland is a tad different.
Dallas/Tennessee OV 37.5 - Dallas should be able to score against the Titans 'D' and Titans should be getting a little more in synch offensively by now. Maybe we'll see more Vince Young.
San Francisco/Kansas City UN 40.5 - K.C hasn't shown any offense but 'D' ought to keep S.F. score down too.
St Louis/Detroit UN 43.5 - St Louis has been playing pretty good 'D' and offense averaging only about 16 pts per game.
