If the Government wants to do this right they should just operate a sports book, then they can tax winnings and you will always be gauranteed a payout.

Open a bank account in mexico ...or canada....Change your address with the sportsbook and voila you will be able to do all transactions.

Write yourself a check out of the account to your bank and it will clear.

Wow hmmmm what to do what to do. I did a little research and i think there still remains loopholes but who knows. I looked for a Canadian bank that excepted USD. I found that the bank of Montreal excepted. Just a few questions:
Theres no need to lie to the bank of my location ......right?
If I setup a Neteller account through this bank would I need a canadian address?
Its been so long since i signed up for neteller I can not even remember the steps to signing up.... Man I didnt think that Neteller would back out but they did.... Im curious to see what made them back out... This is really making me sick... What did we ever do to deserve this? I dont even know what to say anymore. You tend to think that voting will help... who knows..... money talks and it seems that we dont stand a chance..... Its hard to tell who the real enemy is anymore. Is it Vegas, is it taxes, is it terrorism, or bible beaters. Who knows? Im just pissed. I feel like im getting my ass kick and theres nothing I can do. You would think there is more important things to address: drugs, poverty, immigration, the two fking wars were in, and how about New Orleans ( Its still in ruins). Theres no clear answer to why this is happening only speculation. Im so pissed right now my throat hurts. Why was i blind sided by this? Sorry for the rant. Enjoy your day.

I do not think it is important to neteller where your address is, they only use this an an identifyer. The important thing is that the transaction comes from a financial instution outside of the US. Then just relaunder that money through the foriegn account and have it wired to your US account.

Is everyone planning on withdrawing Neteller funds ASAP or do you think we are safe to wait a few months based on the 270 days?

I think the thing to do, would be to only use neteller to go from one book to another right now. In otherwords, don't just leave it sit in neteller. Leave it in a good book instead. Such as a cris or pinnacle. This way, should neteller just pull the plug, the book would find a way to get you your money.

But I don't think there is a need to worry. I'm sure neteller will give it's clients plenty of time to finish their transactions before they discontinue service. I hope they do anyways.

Im pretty sure your right I dont believe that neteller will just pull the plug on anyone unless your totally in the dark.
